Deus Ex "The Missing Link" DLC out now, save 25-40% on the game

Deus Ex: Human Revolution's "The Missing Link" downloadable add-on drops today on PC, Xbox Live Arcade, and PlayStation Network for 1200 MS Points, or $14.99.

If you haven't played Deus Ex yet, or you've traded it in and now regret doing so, Steam and Amazon are offering digital copies at discounted prices.

Steam has Deus Ex for $37.49, which is 25% less than its regular price. Their offer ends October 20.

Amazon is selling digital copies for $29.99, and PS3 copies for $34.99, both offering a savings of 40%.

"Missing Link" DLC coming to Deus Ex next week

The Deus Ex: Human Revolution "Missing Link" downloadable content will release on October 18 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC for 1200 MS Points, or $14.99, Eidos Montreal revealed on Twitter.

The content will bring new environments, characters, and more puzzles to solve, as well as the ability to rebuild your augmentation set entirely.

After the whole hoopla with GameStop and Deus Ex: Human Revolution this week, the retailer is offering owners of the shooter on PC a $50 Gift Card along with a 'Buy 2, Get 1 Free' promotion on used-games as their way of saying "sorry." PC copies of Deus Ex: Human Revolution pulled from GameStop shelves--OnLive a "competitive service"

The saga has ended, and GameStop has now pulled all PC copies of Deus Ex: Human Revolution from their shelves. This is a follow-up to yesterday's report where GameStop higher-ups sent memos to store employees to pull Human Revolution's packed-in OnLive voucher.

In the latest memo where the company asked to pull the game entirely, GameStop confirms the existence of their own streaming service being in the works, labeling OnLive a "competitive service" and thus, deeming it necessary to avoid any further promotion.

With their approval, the pulled copies are being recalled back to Square Enix .

[UPDATE] Get free OnLive copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution with purchase of PC version

"Two-fers" are great...

This week's "Two-fer," purchase the PC retail version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, get the OnLive version in the box along with it. First shown on OnLiveFans.com, the image above explains it all--you're not only getting your precious disc-based version of Deus Ex, but the ability to play said game anywhere, anytime, as long as you have internet speed from this decade.

[UPDATE] GameSpy reports GameStop employees were sent a memo to open and remove the free OnLive tokens, and then continue selling the opened product as "new." A GameStop representative commented on the situation, claiming Square Enix packed the free codes without giving the retailer "prior knowledge."

Way to go, GameStop. Way to go.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution Gets a 'Limited' Collector's Edition

Square Enix announced today that they will be releasing a "Collector's Edition" of Deus Ex: Human Revolution alongside its already known "Augmented Edition." However, this new "Collector's Edition" will only be made available in Australia and New Zealand on August 25, 2011, and then in Europe on August 26, 2011. North America will not see the release of this edition.
