All Points Bulletin: Reloaded surpasses 3 million users; First major update released

All Points Bulletin: Reloaded has surpassed 3 million registered users, and is also ranked second among the most popular free games on Steam, publisher GamersFirst today announced. But that's not all; retailers like Wal-Mart, GameStop, Best Buy, and Target will soon be supporting APB: Reloaded with boxed-copies in their stores across North America. It will sell for a suggested retail price of $29.99.

Those who opt for the boxed-version will also get more than $50-worth of unique in-game items.

"We recognized the potential for APB: Reloaded to be a true breakout hit in the Free2Play category all through beta testing," said Rahul Sandil, Senior VP of marketing and business development for GamersFirst. "We quickly amassed a vocal, dedicated community, and they've been instrumental in growing the game and helping better the experience."

[a]list games, a digital game marketer, also contributed in helping Reloaded gain visibility to a wider audience.

All Points Bulletin: Reloaded will also see its first major content update with the release of "Fight Club," a session-based pick-up-and-play mode. It allows players to fight in 32-player battles and boost their in-game status in modes like "Team Deathmatch" and "King of the Hill."
