Another magazine outing, EDGE reveals that a new Killzone title is currently in development at Guerrilla Games.
"The bulk of Guerrilla's staff (is soldiering) on with the next Killzone installment," the mag reads, and senior producer of Killzone 2 and Killzone 3, Steven Ter Heide, is acting as game director of the new project.
Guerrilla studio director Adrian Smith also tells EGDE work on a new Killzone was already in progress, stating the team needs to "continue the Killzone franchise."
SCE Studios Cambridge is currently working on a Killzone title for the PlayStation Vita. Guerrilla is also working on a new IP.
EDGE also reported earlier that a Sony-owned studio has moved on from PlayStation 3 hardware, focusing on the successor.
