While fun, the recently released zombie-romp, Dead Island, is not particularly on the realistic side, something that modder tnutz wanted to modify. And modify he did, as his "Director's Cut" creates a more visceral adventure across the zombie paradise, with tnutz's main goal being "to refine and highlight the best aspects of the Dead Island combat and tie it together into a deeper combat system where you are rewarded for properly the situation and acting tactically." In a nutshell, the "Director's Cut" makes body shots worthless--so aim for the head!
