Two masked criminals heisted a truck containing around 6,000 copies of Modern Warfare 3 in Créteil, south Paris this weekend, according to French news site TFI News.
The truck was first struck in a collision by a car driven by the masked men, who allegedly used tear gas to subdue the driver and take off with the estimated 400,000 Euros worth of games.
Snagging early copies of Modern Warfare 3 won't do anybody good anyway, as playing early on Xbox Live can risk your account being banned.
