The Team Fortress 2 Halloween update is due out sometime this week, and it's the first update for the acclaimed series since it went free-to-play earlier this year. To prep for the horrors that await, Valve recommends that players revisit last year's Mann Manor and battle the Horseless Headless Horseman.
In the meantime, you can also check out the modding community's "Night of the Living Update," a haunted house where a new room containing items and skins--like the Mad Scientist Pack for the Engineer--is opened each night. They can also be downloaded for use with existing weapons. Valve hints some of these items will see their way into the official Halloween update.
