Those who participated in the Gears of War 3 beta multiplayer demo back in May were given the ability to not only play the game early, but unlock multiplayer skins and costumes (such as the golden Lancer skin pictured above). Well, if you weren't one of the lucky thousand who have already done so, you now have another chance.
Next week, the week Gears of War 3 launches, is now officially "Gears of War 3 Golden Wings Week" sponsored by the US Air Force, and those who compete online between September 20-26 will unlock both the golden Lancer and golden Hammerburst skins--essentially making the Gears of War 3 battlefield completely blinged out.
Also, don't forget about big launch party happening at the Best Buy Theater in New York City. That is, if you're into that sorta thing.
