We're all tired of it: Getting knifed from roughly half a football field away by somebody using the dreaded "Commando" perk in Modern Warfare 2, one that let's players perform a huge, lunging knife attack. People are still a tad worried as to which perks will return in Modern Warfare 3, but today we can rest assured on at least one of them not coming back.Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling replied to a fan on Twitter about Modern Warfare 3's melee system, stating that it's been balanced and that "Commando is no longer in the game." Besides that, he says, we'll "have to wait and see."
Well, there's one check mark added to my list.
