Don't get your hopes up in being able to play F.E.A.R. 3 on May 27, because Warner Bros. confirmed that the highly-anticipated shooter will now see a June 21 release date in the U.S., and a June 24 release in the U.K..
No particular reason was given, although we can speculate that the likes of L.A. Noire had something to do with it.
