As with last year's Halo: Reach launch festivities, Gears of War 3 will have its own midnight launch shin-dig at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square next Monday night. GameTrailers will be among the notable guests, and at 11:30 p.m. they will broadcast live from the event with special comedic guest Aisha Tyler.
Tournaments will be in abundance that night, with attendees being the able to duke it out in Gears of War 3 multiplayer for a chance to win "exclusive" prizes, as well as meet the game's developers--meaning, rock star Cliff Bleszinski.
Sounds like a good time, and if last year's event was any indication, you won't want to miss next Monday.
